Huda Latif is a highly experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, specialising in diabetes and other long-term conditions. Alongside private practice, she currently works within the NHS, delivering advanced clinical care as part of multidisciplinary teams and managing complex long-term conditions in diverse patient populations.

With over 20 years of experience across primary care and specialist services, Huda combines deep clinical expertise with a refined, patient-centred approach. She is qualified to assess, diagnose, and prescribe independently, offering a seamless, consultant-level service without the delays often associated with traditional care pathways.

Huda has a particular expertise in Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and pre-diabetes, supporting patients to achieve optimal glycaemic control through precision prescribing and tailored care plans. Services include advanced medication optimisation, insulin initiation and titration, and guidance on the latest diabetes technologies, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
