Caroline is a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and holds Senior Accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Alongside her clinical work, Caroline brings over 20 years’ experience in senior roles within commercial organisations which informs her understanding of the psychological impact of modern working life, including leadership pressure, identity, performance, and transition. Her work sits thoughtfully at the intersection of psychotherapy and coaching, while remaining grounded in clinical depth.
Drawing on a wide variety of modalities and relational approaches, Caroline supports clients in understanding longstanding patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that shape their relationships, choices and sense of self.
She has particular experience working with anxiety, depression, addictive and compulsive behaviours, eating disorders, and grief and loss. She also works with clients navigating periods of feeling stuck, or seeking a greater sense of clarity and direction. Using established coaching frameworks Caroline also works with senior professionals and leaders navigating complexity, responsibility and change.
Her approach is collaborative, considered and non-judgemental, creating a space for reflective work that leads to meaningful and sustained growth.
Prior to private practice, Caroline has worked with a range of organisations including LifeWorks, The Priory and The Awareness Centre, across both NHS and low-cost counselling services. She receives referrals from GPs, therapists, corporations and private clients.
